Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are our participants and indirectly their parents, teachers and communities. Our directors and team have lived experience that shape how we work - with their own children with additional needs. We adapt our consultation to ensure that we authentically capture people's reflections - using a blend of informal discussion, formal evaluation activities and requests for feedback. This is adjusted to ensure non verbal feedback can be included and where appropriate parents/teachers support and contextualise the impact of participation on children and young people. This shapes the development of our programme in order to better serve the communities we support.
