Shine Development Concept is a community-based organisation operating from a church hall in Northampton. The organisation was officially opened on 14th November 2012 and runs a range of projects with a strong emphasis on supporting immigrants and vulnerable members of the local community. Shine Development Concept offres comprehensive support across various areas, including community consultation, immigration guidance, educational and awareness talks. The organisation regularly invites police officers, politicians, social workers, healthcare professionals and tax experts to engage with the community. These sessions help residents better understand their rights, responsibilities and access to essential services while also promoting safety well well-being and social inclusion Addressing Food insecurity is a core part of the organisation's work. Shine Development Concept Cic operates a Food bank that provides food parcels with a particular focus on families who rely on free school meals. In addition, the organisation operates a weekly breakfast cafe providing a warm and welcoming environment where individuals and families can access nutritious meals, thereby reducing social isolation and strengthening community connections. Through its ongoing programmes Shine Development concept continued in this accounting year to play vital role in improving the quality of life for the people it serves, fostering resilience, empowerment and cohesion within the Northampton community
