Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Director’s Loan Account Included within creditors falling due within one year is an amount owed to the director. This balance represents funds introduced to support the company’s operations. The loan is unsecured, interest‑free and repayable on demand.
Additional Disclosures
Bounce Back Loan The company has an outstanding Bounce Back Loan of £5,527. The loan is unsecured, carries interest at 2.5% per annum, and is repayable over a six‑year term. Repayments are being made in accordance with the loan agreement. Going Concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director has reviewed the company’s financial position, including the director’s loan support and the Bounce Back Loan repayment schedule, and is satisfied that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Capital and Reserves The company has issued 100 ordinary shares of £1 each, this is the reason for the mismatch of balances. The profit and loss reserve represents accumulated losses from prior periods and the current year.
