The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

8. Post Balance Sheet Events

On 10 November 2025, Anglia Crown Limited entered administration.

Anglia Crown Limited has been a subsidiary undertaking of the company for a number of years.

During the year, the company entered into transactions with Anglia Crown Limited in the normal course of business.

Following the appointment of administrators, the directors have not had access to complete accounting records and supporting documentation relating to these transactions.

Accordingly, the amounts recognised in the financial statements in respect of transactions with Anglia Crown Limited have been included based on the best information available to the directors at the reporting date.

9. Ultimate Controlling Party

In the opinion of the directors, the ultimate controlling party of the company at the balance sheet date is Fafari Green World S.A.
