Employee numbers
During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 3 (2024: 2).

Other financial commitments
Operating leases
At 31 March 2025, the company had total commitments under non-cancellable operating leases over the remaining life of those leases of £24,861 (2024: £50,061).
3.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At 31 March 2025 the company owed the directors £37,985 (2024: £57,239). During the year the company owed the directors £2,390 (2024: £10,670) and repaid £21,644 (2024: £19,811).
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
