During the current year, HERPURPOSE CIC continued its commitment to community empowerment through meaningful engagement and charitable action. The “Let’s Talk Mental Health” workshop was delivered to a mixed-gender group of men and women, encouraging inclusive and open dialogue around mental health. The session achieved strong engagement, with over 80% of participants actively taking part in open discussions. This reflects a growing willingness within the community to challenge stigma, share experiences, and prioritise mental well-being. In addition, HERPURPOSE CIC supported its Giving Back to the Community mission by participating in the Fulham 10K Run, raising £236 for cancer-related causes. This fundraising effort demonstrated collective action, community spirit, and a shared commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. Through these activities, HERPURPOSE CIC has continued to promote awareness, inclusivity, and social responsibility, strengthening both individual well-being and wider community impact. To conclude the year, HERPURPOSE CIC hosted a vision-setting workshop, attended by 50% of its members, encouraging reflection, goal-setting, and forward planning for 2025. Post-workshop evaluations showed that 80% of attendees left with clear, actionable plans and a renewed sense of purpose and focus. Overall, HERPURPOSE CIC’s work has strengthened community connections, supported vulnerable populations, and created opportunities for growth and empowerment, positively impacting over 70% of the local community throughout the year.
HERPURPOSE CIC regularly consults with its stakeholders to ensure that its activities remain relevant, inclusive, and responsive to community needs. The organisation’s key stakeholders include community members and participants who attend workshops and events, volunteers, partner organisations, and beneficiaries from vulnerable households within the local area. Consultation takes place through a combination of direct engagement, feedback collection, and ongoing dialogue. Participants attending workshops such as Let’s Talk Mental Health, personal development sessions, and vision-setting workshops are asked to complete feedback forms and post-session evaluations. These consultations help to assess participant satisfaction, identify emerging needs, and inform the planning of future programmes. Feedback has highlighted strong demand for mental health support, inclusive discussion spaces, and practical skills development, which has directly shaped HERPURPOSE CIC’s programme delivery. HERPURPOSE CIC also engages with stakeholders through informal discussions and online consultations, including Zoom meetings and follow-up conversations with community members. These interactions provide qualitative insights into barriers faced by participants, such as access to mental health resources, financial challenges, and career development needs. In addition, volunteers and supporters involved in initiatives such as Giving Back to the Community activities and fundraising events are consulted to gather reflections on delivery, impact, and opportunities for improvement. Their feedback contributes to strengthening community-led approaches and improving future initiatives. Through ongoing consultation with stakeholders, HERPURPOSE CIC ensures that its services are shaped by lived experience, remain community-focused, and continue to deliver meaningful social impact.
