Company activities and impact

Active and healthy minds aim to support individuals from declining by promoting good mental health. Mental health is essential at all life stages: It affects how we deal with stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Mental health is interconnected with physical health: Poor mental health can negatively affect physical health, and vice versa. We support adults facing the following challenges. 1. Depression 2. Anxiety Disorders 3. Bipolar Disorder 4. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) 5. Schizophrenia 6. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) 7. Eating Disorders Mental health is an essential component of our overall well-being. Understanding, addressing, and promoting mental health helps to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and supports those who may be struggling. By recognizing the importance of mental health, Active and healthy minds support those in need, and encourage open communication, active and healthy minds can make positive changes to peoples lives.
