The company operates with the core mission of bridging the employment gap for young individuals aged 16–25 from minority and disadvantaged backgrounds. To achieve this mission, the company engaged in the following primary activities: V ocational Hospitality Workshops: The company designed and delivered a series of free, hands-on workshops. These sessions covered essential culinary skills, front-of-house operations, and food safety standards, ensuring participants gained the technical proficiency required by modern hospitality employers. Expert-Led Instruction: We facilitated sessions led by industry professionals and guest chefs. This activity ensured that the training provided was aligned with current industry trends and high professional standards. Mentorship and Career Guidance: Beyond technical training, the company operated a mentorship scheme. This initiative paired participants with established hospitality leaders to provide career coaching, CV building, and interview preparation tailored to the specific needs of individuals from underrepresented communities. Strategic Employer Partnerships: The company actively cultivated a network of local hospitality businesses. The primary goal of this activity was to create direct pathways into employment, work placements, and apprenticeships for our workshop graduates. Community Outreach and Engagement: We engaged in targeted outreach within minority communities and local youth organisations to ensure that our services reached those most in need of support and to promote hospitality as a viable, rewarding career path. Commitment to Community Interest Throughout the year, all activities were conducted to ensure that the "community interest" remained the central focus. By removing financial barriers to high-quality education and focusing on marginalized demographics, the company has worked to promote social mobility and diversity within the local economy
