Accountants' report to the director of Rafah Healthcare Ltd (the company)
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with our terms of engagement and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Acts that relate to preparing the financial statements of the company for the period from 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025.
We have prepared these financial statements based on the accounting records, information and explanations provided by you. We do not express any opinion on the financial statements.
On the balance sheet you have acknowledged your duties under the prevailing Companies Acts to ensure that the company keeps adequate accounting records and prepares financial statements that give "a true and fair view".
You have determined that the company is exempt from the statutory requirement for an audit for the period from 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025. Therefore, the financial statements are unaudited.
The financial statements are provided exclusively to the director for the limited purpose mentioned above, and may not be used or relied upon for any other purpose or by any other person, and we shall not be liable for any other usage or reliance.

1 Statutory information
Rafah Healthcare Ltd is a private company, limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, registration number 14689763. The registered office is Office Zone 2 London Borough Of Bexley, Welling Library, Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent, DA16 3PA, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period, the Company did not provide any guarantees, nor did it enter into any guarantee arrangements in respect of the liabilities of third parties or related parties (2024: nil). Accounting period These financial statements have been prepared for the period from 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025, which is shorter than twelve months, following a change in the Company’s accounting reference date to align with the Company’s internal financial reporting cycle. Comparative information is presented for the previous accounting period and is not directly comparable due to the change in period length.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
At the balance sheet date, the Company had no capital commitments contracted for but not provided for in the financial statements (2024: nil).
At the balance sheet date, the Company had no material financial commitments that were not already recognised in the financial statements (2024: nil). (Note: routine operating leases and normal trade commitments are excluded where not material.)
At the balance sheet date, the Company had no contingent liabilities (2024: nil).
4 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 2 (28/02/2025: 2).

For the period ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
