Community Interest Company (CIC) Report For the period from 29 August 2024 to 31 March 2025 This report is prepared in accordance with Regulation 34 of the Community Interest Company Regulations 2005 and accompanies the statutory accounts of Ardour Housing Community Interest Company. 1. Company Details Company name: Ardour Housing Community Interest Company Legal form: Community Interest Company (limited by guarantee) Governing law: Companies Act 2006 and CIC Regulations 2005 2. Community Interest Statement The directors confirm that Ardour Housing CIC has been established to operate for the benefit of the community. The company’s activities during the period have been carried out in furtherance of its social purpose and in accordance with the community interest test. The primary beneficiaries of the company’s activities are individuals requiring supported and affordable housing, including vulnerable adults and those at risk of housing instability. 3. Activities and Impact During the Period During the period from incorporation to 31 March 2025, the company: Provided supported and affordable accommodation across multiple properties; Worked with local partners to maintain safe and sustainable housing environments; Ensured rental and service charge structures were applied in a transparent and proportionate manner; Focused on stabilising housing provision during the company’s initial operating period. The directors consider that these activities have delivered a clear community benefit by reducing housing insecurity and supporting independent living. 4. Consultation with Stakeholders The company engages with relevant stakeholders, including service users, support providers, and local authorities, to ensure that its services remain aligned with community needs. Feedback is used to inform operational improvements and service delivery. 5. Directors’ Remuneration and Benefits No remuneration, dividends, or benefits in kind were paid to directors during the period. 6.
