Advances and credits
During the year, the company made advances to the Director amounting to £63,117. The loan carried interest at a rate of 2.25% per annum and was unsecured and repayable on demand. During the period, £40,041 was repaid by way of a dividend declaration, and the remaining balance plus interest was repaid in cash. As of the balance sheet date, the total amount outstanding was £Nil (2024: £Nil).
