We have delivered 2 x 8 week mindfulness classes for people in the local community, enabling those who could not afford to pay for classes to attend. In addition this year we have delivered a range of mindfulness based activities in the local community and for those working in health and social care. Those who attended were people who were living with diagnosed mental health problems ( depression, past trauma , neurodiversity), those with physical health problems such as osteoarthritis, workplace stress or living with anxiety. Evaluation data is avaialble
Consultation involved communication with and referrals from local health and social care staff, local charities and the wider community using social media. Introductory sessions also enabled more people to consider attending courses. Word of mouth and developing relationships with health and social care staff have also led to more notes of interest
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £1290. Plus expenses. See accounts There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
