Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Syncplex Lab CIC advanced social inclusion through its first-of-its-kind Social Tech Incubator (2024/2025), supporting 15 social tech entrepreneurs from migrant, low-socio-economic and marginalised backgrounds. Participants gained digital and creative skills, mentorship, and enterprise support, improving employability and business readiness. Incubatees were successfully supported to engage with Scottish Entrepreneurial ecosystem, strengthening access to funding and long-term sustainable opportunities.

We held constructive engagements with the communities and other Scottish Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
