Additional Disclosures
The company is currently negotiating a Creditors Voluntary Agreement (CVA) which, when agreed, will enable it to carry on as a going concern with the current cashflow forecasts. These accounts have been prepared to show the position of the company as at 31st March 2025 to aid with the negotiation of the CVA and will not be used to submit to Companies House.
