Principal Activities

The principal activities of the company are information technology consultancy, and the development of technical and safety-related products. During the period the company did not carry out trading activity and operated on a low-activity basis.

Political and charitable donations

The company made no political or charitable donations during the period.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

The company gives full and fair consideration to applications for employment from disabled persons, having regard to their particular aptitudes and abilities. In the event of an employee becoming disabled during employment, every effort would be made to continue their employment and to provide appropriate training where practicable.

Additional information

During the period the company did not trade and had no employees. The company incurred only minimal administrative expenses and remained compliant with statutory obligations.
