The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was dormant and has not traded during this reporting period and it was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company had a loan to the directors. The balances outstanding at the year end was £38,791 (2024: £38,791). The loan is unsecured, interest free, has no fixed repayment terms and includes amounts advanced in prior accounting periods. Corporation tax under CTA 2010 s455 has been provided for in respect of the loan outstanding at the year end.
