During the financial year ended 30 September 2024, Soal Learning CIC remained dormant while establishing its governance structure and building relationships with local community stakeholders. Towards the end of the period, the directors organised a community engagement and awareness event in Woolwich to introduce the company’s social purpose and planned educational activities to local residents and community organisations. The event was attended by members of the local community and representatives of partner organisations. All costs associated with the event were personally funded by the director and were not reimbursed by the company. The company did not receive or expend any funds during the financial year. The activities undertaken helped to raise awareness of the company’s mission and lay the groundwork for future community-focused programmes.
During the financial year, the directors consulted informally with local community members, community organisations, and prospective partners to inform the development of the company’s planned activities. Engagement took place through discussions at a community awareness event in Woolwich and through ongoing conversations with stakeholders interested in the company’s educational and community objectives.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
