The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 August 2025

Principal activities of the company

Kew Fete is a local annual Fete run by the community for the benefit of the community. It was held on 21st June 2025. The community is defined as residents and organisations based in Kew and the local surrounding areas. The principal activity of Kew Fete C.I.C is to run and manage the annual Fete on Kew Green and to raise funds through the rental of stall pitches and the provision of entertainment. Local sponsors contribute to the set up costs of the Fete. All profits made have been donated to local charities for specific projects and activities.

Political and charitable donations

Donations of £21,986 have been made to local charities. See Note 5 of the Accounts.

Balance sheet statements

Consultation with stakeholders

Members and key volunteers meet on a regular basis to organize and manage the Fete and to address any issues. The public are invited to give feedback, get involved and raise any concerns in person on the day of the Fete at the Committee tent and otherwise through the Kew Fete website. Marketing materials are regularly produced and all key information is made available on the Kew Fete website at: www.kewfete.org
