During the 2024 2025 financial year Colorintech CIC focused on deepening its impact through Europes largest tech gathering for underrepresented talent and initiating foundational steps for industry leading AI training During the 2024 2025 financial year Colorintech CIC focused on deepening its impact through Europes largest tech gathering for underrepresented talent and laying the foundations for industry leading AI training programmes BTF 2024 at Drumsheds London reached 7019 in person attendees 20 percent year on year growth featured over 140 speakers and generated more than one million social media impressions 54percent of attendees identified as women 785 percent as Black and 11 percent held Director level roles or above connecting 36 corporate partners with a diverse talent pool of over 30000 community members In Jan 2025 the organisation launched the AI for Everyone and AI Learning Sprint initiatives securing thousands in funding from the Juniper Networks Foundation and recruiting pilot participants
Stakeholders include early career technologists senior tech leaders from underrepresented backgrounds students from over 30 institutions and global corporate partners such as Google JPMorgan Chase and Microsoft Consultation was conducted through post event surveys partner strategy sessions and recruiter feedback at the BTF Expo Actions taken included expanding to the Drumsheds venue to meet demand and shaping specialised AI curriculum pathways in response to community feedback
