Beawitching Communities continued to provide resources and information to reduce barriers to accessing healthcare for trans people in the UK. We saw a growth in traffic from 80,000 to 140,000 hits per month. Our resources were sourced in a metro article this year surrounding access to trans healthcare in the UK. Exposing our resources to a much wider audience. This further drove the increase in traffic to our resources, helping more transgender people in the UK make informed decisions around their healthcare and reducing their barriers to access through these resources. We have made the difficult decision to dissolve Beawitching Communities due to the lack of financial viability and resources from our directors to continue with this company. We completed a full asset transfer to Mermaids, our asset-locked body. This totaled £231.56. These funds will go towards mermaids mission "Providing the best quality information, support and empowerment to trans children and young people, families and professionals" In line with our mission as a company.
