| During the year the company jointly advanced funds to the directors. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £29,980 (2024: £619). Interest was charged on this loan at the HMRC official rate of interest on beneficial loans. This amount is included within other debtors and there are no fixed terms of repayment. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
