At the year end the company owed the director, Mr G Crawford, £92,866 (2024: £97,466). There are no fixed repayment terms and no interest is payable on the loan.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
