The CIC operates a cricket club in Gateshead, providing the local community with facilities to play the sport. It began operating 6th April 2024. In this first year of operating, the club has developed the foundations for future operations, including the development of a specialised Cricket pitch for use of the club. The club aims to increase memberships and have fixtures and matches planned in advance of the upcoming season.
