Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services as adjusted for accrued income, excluding VAT.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

6. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Mr & Mrs O Prosser:
As at 31 March 2025 Mr & Mrs O Prosser, the company directors, had on an interest-free basis advanced £117,680 to the company. This amount is unsecured and repayable on demand.

During the year, the company charged management fees to Mr & Mrs Prosser in the amount of £7,731. This amount is included in the profit & loss account for the period.
