1	General information

The company is a company limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, and consequently does not have share capital. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the company in the event of liquidation.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company, and rounded to the nearest £.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year was 4 (2024 - 3).
