2Off balance sheet arrangements
The primary company product Optishield was transferred to a US company at no cost, but with a Royalty arrangement going forward. This accounts for the radical reduction in net assets worth to DHC Innovations' cost, Future returns will reflect any Royalties earned and new product development.
