This year we have delivered skills training, development programmes and career support to over 60 individuals from underrepresented and/or low socioeconomic backgrounds. We have worked in partnership with Princes Trust, NBCUniversal, Wickers Charity, Vivendi, Switchback Charity and many more to support those with barriers to enter their dream careers. This has resulted in many young people going on to work in professional environments. We have placed young people on shoots with: Sky Sports NBCUniversal National Portrait Gallery Kingfisher A Guy Richie project OMD UK Frieze Art Fair And many more.
Industry Board: Georgia Brown - Former head of Amazon Studios Europe David Gyasi -Actor Cherrelle Radley-Murrain - Producer Andrine Allen - Social Entrepreneur Tobi Asare - Managing Partner -OMD UK We have consulted the group on a number of business aspects this year including: Growing additional revenue streams: Tobi Asare worked with us to establish a strong commercial pitch to new clients in the advertising sector. This has seen us start a relationship with OMD UK and Havas Media Development of skills programmes: Woking closely with Georgia Brown and David Gyasi we formed a partnership with NBUniversal and WDM Entertainment to pilot a skills development programme for black producers and a pilot programme in partnership with Switchback, helping former Prisoners reenter the workforce and start a new career.
Director’s remuneration totalled £60,000.
