During the financial year, Time Isn’t Up UK CIC undertook activities designed to advance mental health awareness and promote emotional wellbeing within schools, workplaces, and the wider community. The company delivered structured mental health assemblies and workshops in schools, providing pupils with information to increase understanding of mental health, recognise signs of emotional distress, and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues. These activities supported early awareness and encouraged positive attitudes towards mental wellbeing among young people. The company also engaged with employers and organisations, delivering workplace mental health talks and workshops. These sessions promoted awareness of mental health in the workplace, supported employers in fostering supportive working environments, and encouraged open and informed discussion of mental wellbeing among employees. In addition, Time Isn’t Up UK CIC developed and delivered mental health peer support courses, aimed at equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to provide informal peer support. These courses contributed to the establishment of sustainable peer support networks within educational and workplace settings, thereby strengthening community resilience and ongoing support. Through these activities, the company delivered demonstrable public benefit by increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, supporting early intervention, and contributing to healthier and more supportive environments in education and employment.
