Principal activities of the company

Review of Activities During the financial year, the organisation engaged with over 500 young people, with more than 1,500 attendances recorded across our weekly meetings, workshops, and community programmes. These sessions provided a safe and supportive environment where young people could receive guidance, personal development support, and positive peer interaction. To support these activities, the company invested in a range of programmes and resources, including: Hiring community spaces and venues to provide safe, accessible locations for young people to gather. Booking football pitches, roller-skating rinks, and sports facilities to host physical-activity-based engagement. Delivering business and enterprise grants for young people, enabling them to develop entrepreneurial ideas and gain early career experience. Providing food initiatives to ensure participants had access to meals and refreshments at sessions, reducing food insecurity and improving attendance. Hosting community events, including sports tournaments, music showcases, fashion-related activities, confidence-building sessions, and financial education workshops. Funding professional development and training courses for young people to increase employability and equip them with practical skills. These activities have contributed to improved social inclusion, increased personal development outcomes, and greater awareness of pathways into employment, training, and education. Plans for the Next 12 Months The organisation intends to expand its reach by establishing a connected youth network across all four regions of London. Our strategic aims for the next financial year include: Supporting 500 young people into employment, apprenticeships, or enterprise opportunities. Reconnecting 1,000 individuals into education, training, or structured learning pathways. Working in partnership with local services and community agencies to contribute towards a 5% reduction in youth-related crime in Hackney through targeted preventative programmes. These goals reflect our commitment to delivering long-term community benefit and scaling our impact across London. Directors The directors who served during the year were involved actively in the development, oversight, and delivery of the organisation’s activities

Company activities and impact

Over the past financial year, the organisation has focused on engaging young people across East London, particularly in the Hackney and Stratford areas. Our key aim has been to provide skills development, positive peer networks, and access to meaningful opportunities, while also addressing wider social challenges such as gang involvement, unemployment, and disengagement from education. During this period, we engaged directly with over 500 young people, and more than 1,500 individuals attended our weekly sessions and community programmes. These weekly meetings provided a consistent, safe environment where young people could develop confidence, build supportive relationships, and receive guidance and mentorship. In addition to our weekly sessions, we delivered a range of community initiatives and events including football tournaments, job fairs, music events, and financial education workshops. These activities have supported improved social inclusion, increased motivation among participants, and greater awareness of employment, training, and personal development pathways. As a result, young people have been better equipped to make positive choices and reduce involvement in harmful or high-risk activities. Plans for the next 12 months Over the next year, our aim is to expand our impact by establishing a connected network across all four regions of London. Through strengthened partnerships, outreach, and programme delivery, we aim to: Support 500 young people into employment, training, or enterprise opportunities Reconnect 1,000 young people back into education, college, or structured learning pathways Contribute towards a reduction in youth-related crime in Hackney, working collaboratively with local services, schools, and community groups to achieve a targeted positive impact Our focus remains on empowering young people to build stable futures, strengthening community cohesion, and creating long-term, sustainable change.
