Average number of employees

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the year was 1 (2024 - 1).

The director considers that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 9 October 2025.

1.	General information

Silverdale Parade (Cheadle) Management Number 2 Limited, (07596650), is a private limited company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at 22 Church Street, Eccles, Manchester, M30 0DF.

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts of the managed property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts for the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held in trust for the residents.
