At the year end the director has loan the company £290,701. The loan is interest free and repayable in less than one year. .
2.
Going Concern
During the year the company made a loss of £15,627 and has net liabilities of £17,343 The director is satisfied that the company is a going concern and has produced accounts on this basis.
For the period ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
