Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the CIC did not generate any income as it focused on providing free advice and practical support to local residents and EU immigrant communities. The company’s activities were aimed at improving access to information, guidance, and assistance on social and administrative matters, thereby supporting community wellbeing and inclusion. The CIC intends to apply for external funding in 2026 to enable the continuation and expansion of these community-focused activities.
