The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
This was Envizion’s first year of operation and was intentionally structured as a product-led build phase. The loss reflects planned shareholder investment in platform development, technical capability, and early market engagement, rather than any trading weakness. The company is fully shareholder-funded, with no bank debt or external financing. There are no solvency or refinancing risks, and ongoing shareholder support is in place. The going concern basis is therefore considered appropriate. During FY2025, Envizion completed its core platform, generated initial revenues, entered live pilots, and established a clear pipeline for future contracted income. Trading losses will be carried forward and offset against future profits in line with UK accounting and tax rules.
