3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

At 1 May 2024 the balance owed by the directors was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to the directors of £37,363 and received payments of £27,648, leaving a balance due from the directors of £9,577.

At 1 May 2023 the balance owed by the directors was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to the directors of £41,837 and received payments of £41,837, leaving a balance due from the directors of £nil.

The Directors loan accounts are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
