| Accounting for service charges |
| The accounts are prepared having adopted TECH 03/11 Accounting for Service Charges published jointly by ICAEW,ARMA and RICS. |
| The company is responsible for the management of 9 Grove Crescent, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey and collects service charges from lessees in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the property. These service charge funds are held in trust for the lessees as required by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately to the lessees and are excluded from the company's financial statements. |

| The Company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the Lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate Service Charge Accounts for the property that do not form part of Annual Accounts of the Company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the leaseholders of 9 Grove Crescent, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey are held on trust for the leaseholders. |

| Under the terms of the participation agreement the seven leaseholders each funded the acquisition of the purchase of the Freehold by £7,205 The company held these funds in trust to complete the purchase of the freehold on behalf of the members / lessees. |
