3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees

During the year the company made advances to the Director totalling £29,351 (2024: £nil) and recevied repayments totalling £4,000 (2024: £7,776). The director also paid expenses on behalf of the company totalling £10,413 (2024: £2,244). At the year end the director owed the company £12,694 which is shown within current assets (2024: £2,244 was owed by the company to the director shown within creditors due within 1 year).

Loans are unsecured, repayable on demand and interest is charged at the HMRC official rates where required.

4. Going concern

At the year end the company had net current liabilities totalling £17,770, however the director has confirmed he is committed to supporting the company and the accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis

For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
