Transfer of assets

During this reporting period, the directors of Peterborough Cultural Partnership for Children and Young People CIC took the decision to cease operations and transfer all remaining assets to Nene Park Trust, a recognised asset-locked body with closely aligned community benefit objectives. The recipient organisation shares our commitment to developing culturally engaged children and young people, ensuring that the community continues to benefit from the transferred resources. This decision was made to ensure the most effective long-term use of the CIC’s resources for community impact. Following the transfer, the directors have initiated the process of voluntary dissolution of the CIC. We are now in the final stages of closing the company and have ensured all legal and financial obligations are met. We believe this action represents a responsible and sustainable conclusion to our work, while upholding the community interest principles on which the CIC was founded.
