Company activities and impact

Community Issues and Concerns (CI&C) CIC supports communities across England by delivering activities that benefit individuals and families with social care and wider support needs. This is achieved primarily through the provision of seminars, webinars, training programmes, one-to-one support, and by encouraging creativity, socialisation, and inclusion through arts and culture initiatives, award nights, and sporting activities. CI&C engages with the community through information sharing, education, training, and practical support. The organisation has successfully intervened on behalf of families experiencing challenges with children, difficulties with social services, and mental health concerns affecting family members. While CI&C has not yet implemented a comprehensive training programme specifically for young people, plans are currently underway to develop and launch this initiative.

Consultation with stakeholders

Community Issues and Concerns (CI&C) CIC used participant progress surveys to evaluate the impact of its programmes, workshops, seminars, and webinars throughout the reporting period. Data was gathered from beneficiaries to assess learning outcomes, engagement, and overall programme effectiveness. The organisation’s stakeholders consist mainly of the communities receiving its services. Qualitative feedback was obtained through meetings, seminars, and community engagement sessions, ensuring stakeholder perspectives informed evaluation and continuous improvement.
