Company activities and impact

White City Warehouse CIC is established to deliver activities for community benefit, in particular (but without limitation) Pan African communities in the UK. During the financial year the company commenced operations and secured premises in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham in January 2025. The premises provided a safe and accessible community space and was made available for community-led meetings, cultural events and social activities. The company hired out the venue to local community groups and organisations for events and gatherings, supporting community cohesion, inclusion and participation. Income generated from venue hire contributed towards the running costs of maintaining the space for community use. The company’s activities during the year supported local residents and community groups by increasing access to an affordable community venue and providing a base from which the CIC can expand its community programmes in future periods.
