1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 2.

2. Directors advances, credit and guarantees

   At the balance sheet date, the company owed £67,950 to a director. The loan is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. No guarantees have been given in respect of the loan.

For the period ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 30 April 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
