1 Statutory information
Concept Capital Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15954902. The registered office is 11 Darwin House, Priors Haw Road, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 5JG, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
Concept Capital Ltd is an investment subsidiary of Concept Plumbing Contracts Ltd (company no. 11713716) which loaned the company the sum of £48,537 during the year, to act as deposit for a property acquisition. Concept Capital will pay the parent back, interest-free, when cash liquidity allows.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 0.
For the period ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
