1. Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
2. Company information
The company is registered in England and its registered number is 02418935 . The company is a private company limited by shares. Its registered office is 28 Lowther Street, Whitehaven, CA28 7DJ.
For the year ending 01 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
