3. Directors Loan to the Company

The Director, Dr Andrew Morley, provided a working capital loan to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Company as at 31st August 2025 was £2,011 (2024 - £2,234). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Current Liabilities.

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
