KeyCreate designs and delivers creative workshops unique to the needs of the disabled person or group. These take place at a variety of settings, schools, nurseries, community centres, hospices, hospitals, adults in Colleges and Day Centres. Inclusive Sensory Sessions - we have continued to run weekly sensory sessions which are suitable for children / young people for all ages with any diagnosed or undiagnosed additional needs and disabilities, PMLD, life limiting conditions, and mental health issues. We have changing facilities on site. The whole family is always welcome including siblings. We continue to run the sensory sessions utilising both the inside space and outside garden at a Community Centre. Birthday Party Entertainment - We have provided many parents with totally inclusive entertainment for their child’s birthday party entertainment. Music and Drama based workshops. Attending Festivals delivering free ALN workshops i.e. Gwyl Morfydd Owen Festival. Educational creative workshops - In discussion with schools and educational centres, we can provide workshops that cater to the needs of the learners using the ‘Literacy and Numeracy Framework’. Libraries - we have provided a few workshops for the local libraries and their customers in conjunction with Wellbeing Week and Book Reading Week. Workshops run for mainstream youngsters, adults with supported living, and local special schools, all in aid of encouraging the community to use their libraries and enjoy their facilities. Workshops were received well and more will follow. Training - We provide Continual Professional Development training for staff and teaching assistants on some subjects including ‘Sensory Stories’. The disabled person and their families gain confidence through participation. We have now delivered over 2600workshops including many for no charge as we believe there is a need for our service. All feedback has been positive. We have written reports with general reflections, many of these include improved social development, communication and a sense of wellbeing and happiness.

Directors’ remuneration which consists of fees paid for the provision of programmes and workshops is shown in the accounts. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
