Principal activities of the company

Director’s Report Make Your Mark B&D CIC For the year ended 31 March 2025 The director presents the report together with the un audited micro-entity accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2025. Principal Activities The principal activities of the company during the year were the delivery of community-based services and programmes supporting children, young people, and families, in line with the company’s community interest objectives. Review of the Year During the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the company generated income of £31,195 from services provided. Total expenditure for the year amounted to £29,678, resulting in a surplus of £1,517 before tax. The company reduced its level of activity and ceased trading in August 2025. Future Developments This set of accounts represents the second final accounts of the company. The director intends to complete all statutory and tax obligations and then proceed with the closure of the company. Directors The director who served during the year was: Bobbie-Jo Muir Company Policy on Disabled Employees The company is committed to equal opportunities and gives full and fair consideration to applications for employment from disabled persons, having regard to their particular aptitudes and abilities. Existing employees who become disabled are supported to continue in employment wherever practicable.
