| In previous years the company made loans to the director. During the current year the director repaid £15,990 of the loan leaving £6,548 outstanding at the year end (2024: £22,538). The loans are interest free, repayable on demand and shown on an aggregated basis. |
| The company has a rent commitment of £6,000 per annum until September 2035 with rent reviews every 5 years. |
| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is 13 York Avenue, East Cowes, PO32 6QY. |
| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
