The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2025.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern

Indications for 2025/26 point to a continued strengthening of our financial position, underpinned by consistent growth in monthly income streams year-on-year. The business continues to benefit from long-term contracts that provide predictable and recurring revenue, ensuring stability and supporting future expansion.

In addition to these core income streams, we aim to build on the consultancy revenue line introduced during 2024/25 to further diversify and enhance profitability. Cashflow remains healthy, supported by prudent financial management and contingency measures, including an unused capital facility and investor backing if required.

Our primary focus for the year ahead is to build on this momentum and grow the cash balance, reinforcing resilience and enabling strategic investment opportunities.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.

For the financial year ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
