The company's stakeholders consist of people in Cambridgeshire and elsewhere, including in particular: students with (SEND) Special Educational Needs and Disabilities; their families, friends and supporters; and practitioners in education, health, social care, arts and community organisations. The director of the company has worked as both a teacher and senior leader in specialist education for over a decade, gaining insight on the views of teachers, families and students within the UK school system. This experience, alongside current insight into effective practise from leading charities and language on neurodiversity has ensured a business model focused on benefiting our stakeholders. We have also utilised consultations and research by leading educational charities including the Education Endowment Foundation to ensure promotion of creative learning an resources are evidence-based and ethical. Within the fiscal year April 2024 - April 2025, we established an online questionnaire on our website at https://brightcirclelearning.co.uk/inspiration/what-would-you-say-to-your-teacher/. This has enabled us to begin to gain a further understanding, specifically from visitors to our website, of their needs and views on creative learning.
