The company provides amateur baseball training and competitive playing opportunities, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and community participation through sport. The team competes in the British Baseball Federation Single-A Division, offering structured league competition for adult amateur players. During 2025, the company supported a total of 30 active members, with participation continuing to grow. While the majority of members are based in Bognor Regis, the company attracts players from surrounding areas including Worthing, Littlehampton, Portsmouth, and Waterlooville, who attend training sessions and competitive fixtures. The company’s activities aim to: Increase access to organised sport Encourage community engagement and inclusion Support health, wellbeing, and skill development through amateur baseball All activities are carried out for the benefit of the community, with any surplus reinvested to support participation, equipment, facilities, and development of the sport.
The primary stakeholders of the company are its members, who participate in the company’s amateur baseball training and competitive activities. Members contribute to and benefit from the company’s activities through access to coaching, organised training sessions, league competition, and community engagement. The company operates for the benefit of its members and the wider community, ensuring that decisions are made in a way that supports participation, inclusion, and the sustainable development of amateur baseball. The company consults regularly with its members, who are the primary stakeholders, to inform decision-making and the development of activities. Consultation takes place through informal discussions, training sessions, meetings, and ongoing communication regarding training, competitions, and the running of the club. Feedback from members is used to help shape the company’s activities, ensure accessibility and inclusion, and support the continued growth and sustainability of amateur baseball within the community.
