This was the first year of trading for EST Education CIC. EST Education is an alternative provision providing 1on1 mentoring and engagement services with students that are struggling in mainstream education. Referrals are made through the local authority, Salford City Council. Students are engaged through the RSHE curriculum as well as wellbeing activities in all sessions. The ultimate goal, with successes early on in the first year of operating, is to be a pathway for our young people to re-engage and to re-enter mainstream education. All activities, lessons and engagement is based around a trauma informed approach, matching the needs of the individual student to that of the services of EST Education.
The stakeholders are the individuals the company helps directly, the local authority alternative provision team. Regular communication is made between the stakeholders to ensure the company is providing the correct levels and service, support, help and guidance.
The Directors received renumeration of £8959.59
